After Prom - Food Needed (and still more volunteers)
Dear Warrior Community,
Thank you so much for your commitment and generosity toward our after prom. We are a few short weeks away from the event, and now we have to feed everyone!! We need to make sure all our food stations are stocked for the 1,200 hungry teenagers that night. Please have a look at the list and help where you can.
We have had a great response for the prizes for the night and the set up. BUT, we can't do this without adult supervision the night of the event. As of now we need 34 more casino folks, and 25 more to work in the halls. I know it is a lot to ask but in order to keep this tradition going, we need volunteer help. Can you give us a few hours that night? We need dealers, and folks to work the hall attractions. It really is a blast, and once you do it, you will want to help again. Many schools have canceled their after proms because they couldn't get the help. Please help us keep this 28 year tradition alive!! The link back to volunteers is included in this food sign up. Thank you in advance for stepping up.

After Prom Setup and Event Volunteers Needed
Dear Warrior Community,
We are down to the final weeks before After Prom and we need YOU!! It is time to prepare to decorate Arapahoe High School, organize the games and transform the cafeteria into a casino, and we can't do it without you. This is the second sign up genius you will see, and this one is to sign up to volunteer for set up, and to volunteer for the event. You will still be able to get to the link to donate prizes too. Next week, you will see our final sign up for food.
The generosity of the Warrior community has been amazing and we thank you for that. Now, can you give us a few hours of your time? We need 50 or more volunteers for Friday, May 2nd for set up, and many more for Saturday night, May 3rd. Lastly we need a cleanup crew for Sunday morning. Please find a spot that interests you and sign up using this link.
Lastly, everyone is invited to a public viewing of the school on Saturday May 3rd from 11:00am-1:00pm. Come see what the students will be doing all night at after prom! You won't believe the transformation! Our volunteers have been planning for months, so come see the amazing work they have done.
How lucky we are to be a part of such a wonderful community. Thanks for your help!

After Prom Donations Needed
At midnight on Saturday, May 3rd, while many parents will be fighting to stay awake, approximately 1,200 students from Arapahoe High School will be WIDE awake, enjoying the 2014 After Prom, sponsored by our PTO.
The tradition for this event is a very special one. We pride ourselves on putting together one of the best after proms in the state. Whether your son or daughter is attending Prom this year, or will be in the near or distant future, we can't do it without your help.
The After Prom committee is in need of approximately 200 volunteers and 600 prizes and food to feed our hungry teenagers into the wee hours of the morning. In the next 3 weeks you will see 3 different sign ups for these needs. First here's the link to sign up for prize donations for our games and raffles. Next week you will see a sign up for volunteers for set up and event, then you will see a sign up for food. Have a look each week at the needs and sign up to help where you can. For prizes, we need items delivered to the front office by Friday, April 25th.
Thank you in advance for your generosity, D. D. Walsh
Senior Collage Instructions
