Arapahoe Musicians Selected to 2007 Concordia University Honor Band

Centennial, Colorado—Arapahoe Sophomore Clarinetist Phillip Strom, and Sophomore Tuba Player Grant Furry, have been selected to perform in the 2007 Concordia University Honor Band. Over 210 high school musicians from 12 different states auditioned for this year’s Concordia Honor Band and Choirs. A select number of 55 outstanding musicians were selected for the 2007 Honor Band. The concert will be held at the Lied Center for the Performing Arts in Lincoln, Nebraska on November 3rd. Dr. Ed Cannava is Arapahoe’s Director of Bands.
